right? So shouldn't that mean that good things come to those who wait as well? Guess what I'm trying to say is, I really do intend an update. In fact, I was planning to write one today. You know, a nice juicy one complete with pictures from Julie's visit and some clever little anecdotes like I'm always just buzzing with, but, alas and alack, my computer is being a little on the ridiculous side. It's like it thinks it needs some sort of massive memory in order to download a few little pictures. Whatever! So instead of giving you something awe inspiring to read I'm eating Reeces peanut butter cups and feeling like a bit of a failure. However, in honor of the truth being out there, I just wanted to say that I really AM going to write on here eventually. In fact, I've been mulling over what to say, what pictures to include, etc. for several weeks now. I'm on the cusp of being fully caught up in my journal, that ever illusive task that I can never get ahead on, and then I'll free up more time in my schedule for things like cleaning off enough on my computer that it will actually do what I tell it to. GRRRR!!! If only there was some cheap and easy way to add more memory. But, seeing as how I lack in computer savvy know-how and what-not, it's not likely to happen. So instead I'll scramble around, deleting this and that and trying to back it up on memory sticks, and eventually it will let me do what I want to do, namely add something creative and lovely to my blog.
In other news, we can at least rejoice that the "great" wait is over for Jessie and Luis. At the time of going to press they should be safely together once again, the long visa ordeal at last behind them. Wahoo to that! Now I'm just hoping that my paperwork likewise process in due time (that hopefully being very soon) so that I can start even beginning to think about the next phase in my life.
All this being said, I have some extra time in my day tomorrow so there should be an actual photo including update in the very near future. My deepest apologies for excessive procrastination and laziness. It will hopefully be remedied, if not cured, soon...
woohoo for Jessie and Luis!!! thanks for the update. :)
